No sense in crying over it. Thousands of animals die every day, tens of thousands, more. All the better that they benefit the human race in one way or another, even as food. It's a sad video, don't get me wrong, and very cruel on behalf of the fisherman, but I for one am more concerned with the well-being of humans than I am of that of animals, however loved by the rest of the world they may be.

I don't see how this is any different than the thousands of Sea Worlds and Zoos. I mean, at Bush Gardens (a theme park) they had the Bald Eagle (America's sign for freedom) locked in a cage. I think animals should be killed rather than be held hostage.

Cows, Chickens, Pigs and Turkies are, on a mass scale, specifically breed and brought up for slaughter they are not taken from there envrioment and they have been specifically breed only for human use/consumption. They are not taken from the wild 1. To stop extincition 2. To ensure no negitive factors are put on there preditors and native enviroments and 3.so quality well looked after product can be attained with 4. a higher amont of meat. 5. To enure the animals are given a death as swift and clean as possible.

This "were at the top of the food chain" realisation gives us the responsibilty to pick and choose what we eat through taste but it also gives us the responsibility to maintain its existence.

Yet the sad thing is animals like tigers are killed almost to the point of oblivion for these ludacus mystic shaman potions,medicines and aphrodisaces that i cannot belive still exist in the 21C. I can accept the dolphin meat might be healthly and an aid in starvation but its not used in such a way. If you try some type of gas or injection, you risk the chance of the meat harming people..... or even worse an unborn child.

Even if we did find a safe chemical we could use to kill off livestock, it would not be cheaper than what is being done now. For cows, they heard them into what they think is a feeding trough/milking station, and then their throats get cut. For pigs its quite similar to what you seen in the video.

One of my favorite dishes consist of ox tail (kim-chee chee-gei), a lean and rich tasting meat. You will be suprised what they actually sell there.

Pig's feet, ox tail, sometimes even hagis, depending on the demand and location. Even pig's ears and cow's tongue.
