First of all you will need to change your language and region, to do so go here:
Start > Control Panel > Language Options
Change your location to Korea and click the second tab, check both tabs if there not already, then click the third tab and change it to korea.
Note: You may need your XP disc depending on if u have the files on ur computer or not yet.
Now restart.
When restarted, you will see a language bar on ur desktop.. change it to korea when u are in IE. Credits to dreimos on mmogamez and me for pic guide

is reg closed now? i can't get past step 3, with all my info correct. Says to the effect of "Member join problem, please try again"

Yea i know you could google the guides thing is i get an error check one of the ss at the bottom of the ss where it shows the links before it loads it says error page

this is the error i get after confirming email, pw is good, acc and id/ssn is all good, not sure whats going on.

hey i just made an account today and i got a message with the confirmation code for step 3 blah blah that all went fine. But later I got a message that roughly translated into a "congratulations!" message.

Is it just a 'hey thanks for registering, don't bother gettin excited for the next CBT because we won't choose you, you dirty american bastard!" ooooor a message saying 'your ready for the next CBT now whee woo hurray how you signed up with all english information is beyond me but you have a korean name and SSN so its all good woooo!'

I totally agree with Dreimos, you don't take someone elses guide and call it your own by revising it. You need to at least say it started from Dreimos and you revised it, but no, you just copied it pretty much word for word and hows pictures instead of him putting it in words.
