The instructions the NPC's give are very clear. Also there is a guide at the official forum.

Actually the instrutions to the Miracle of Clown quest have the clearest instructions of all the quests, check out flyffworld (http://www.flyffworld.com) as well.

Do you know why is it called Miracle of Clown? o;O

That's because you act like a clown collecting all those items and speaking with all those NPC's and it's a miracle to finish it. o;O'

Lol, trust me, this quest is one of the clearest, try the 2nd job quest without a guide, it is impossible, I even had trouble with a guide.
