Have you tried a game called Akarrian Expansion? You may have in the past heard of a game called Akarra. This game is built off the original akarra and continues the missing elements of the incomplete game that was abandoned years ago. Akarra has a leveling system like no other, as well as a fairly unique combat system. Making it a very more then just another rpg.

Have you ever wanted to play a game where you could purchase and ride mounts(not just summon them, but actually own them)? How about craft clothes and armors out of enemies fur's and hides that can be worn in combat? Or maybe your the type that likes to be able to kill any player at any point in the game without having to request some form of duel? The amount of skills and spells in Akarrian Expanson is also nothing short of impressive. The world map size in this game is monsterous. Meaning it would be very unlikely that you will have discovered everything on it. Even if you arnt into 2D rpgs, this is one you may want to try anyway.

Well they didnt. I talked with the "first" game delevoper. He said that he god bored for developing it, so he gave all materials to some guys, who are now developing it.
