According to her, she never fell in love. ( Wooo ) and just 2 hours ago, I get to know she's going out with another guy for a few days already. I didnt get to know until now. ARGGG. I feel like killing someone since she didnt tell me direcly....

Ok, this is what I do to get rid of stress.
1. Punching bag. I know it sounds typical, but man, does it work.
2. Play some kind of sport. Once I got really pissed and then went off to play hockey with my friends, then came back and felt absolutly fine.
3. School, study, work. It will all get your mind off of the problem.
4. Stress ball. Once again, typical, but it works. Jusy lying in your bed squezzing a stressball, it's relaxing ^_^

Well, as I see it, to her.. you are just a boy who asked her out. You two did not have any previous relationship (seriously), so she really doesn't have to tell you anything.

Girls are quite perceptive, she probably realized you would get angry, or react in some equally negative way... so what incentive did she have to tell you? none.

Now...What I would do and what I always do is just ignore everbody around me.....I just stare straight and have a little smile on my face with eyes half closed....That way, people will know I'm in my happy place or just a freak and they'll piss off...

I don't want to sound like a dick, but it could be that its paranoia, trust me on this, i thought my friends were ditching me after a while but it was just me being paranoid to the max. And i mean you're being paranoid about how they hang out in front of you.

My methods may be very humiliating at some times, but they are good at relieving stress.

1. Go outside and scream really really loud until you are tired. If doesn't really matter if there are people outside, just do it. If this doesn't work, then go back inside and use method 2.

2. Take a pillow and imagine it has the head of something that you hate so badly that you want to punch. The head could be Icy's or it can be one of your teacher's, it doesn't matter. Just punch it, kick it, do whatever you want to do with it. When you become exhausted, try and take a nap. If this doesn't work, go onto method 3.

3. Finally, confess your problems to someone that really knows you. It could be Icy, it could be your teacher, it could be your parents, it does not matter. It might feel a bit embarrassing, but it will benefit you. Instead of coming to us who now know you for a few hours, go to someone that knows you like the back of your hand. Is it not muhc more wiser to talk to someone that has know you for a good amount of their life rather than people that you met just recently through a forum. If this doens't help you, then I don't anything can, because you this doesn't help you, you're probably at a level where most people are frustrated with Bush.

I know well enough that It's probably just me that's paranoid on them. Like giving them extra attentions since she's the one I like and since she's hanging out with another guy, jealous kicks in.

Ok first, this girl is no good. Not the type of girl you would want to spend your life with.

Second, she is probably cunning/conniving. She might be the type that will break your heart and feel no remorse. But will keep you hanging for backup. So will "act" like she cares.

Lastly, if all i said is true then the main thing you should understand is that she isn't worth it. Your pain is not worth it for her. Its hard to tell now, but after when your eyes are wide open you will understand her more clearly.
