I can obviously guess that this Zend Optimizer page was caused by vBSeo 3.0.0 RC8. This software requires latest Zend Optimizer version to limit the fraud. vBSeo (http://vbseo.com) is encoded so you cannot run it if you didn't buy a legal copy of it (160$). However, I can see that the functions of vBSeo aren't currently enabled since the pages are still in .php and not .html like they are suppose to be with vBSeo. I know most of you didn't understand my blah blah, but administrators sure will do.

Zend Optimiser is used for vBSeo 3.0.0 RC8. Zend Optimiser is a encoder. You must have Zend Optimiser in order to be able to run vBseo 3.0.0, since 3.0.0 has a new encoding system and only legal users who bought a license will be able to run it. It is really rare that anyone success to run a nulled vBSeo version. I've never seen this yet. In other words, you do not require Zend Optimiser to be able to browse the forums. Oh and by the way, if you didn't understand what I just said, it's normal. No one does. Only administrators who got experience with vBulletin does. :P

Yup, exactly. You forgot to mention that it's used for vBseo though.

Yea, basicly there was a large server upgrade with some new software installed which made some other stuff crap out.
Thats what happened.

Delete it. None of you guys need it.
