It's malaysian but it is still english.... There is a Ghost Online section too. Also, Assasins use claws.

I was referring to Shaiya(wich is only available in korean and chinese at the moment.)

Hmm, R.O.S.E. Online has claw class, Hawker.

Well I guess that's more of Katar, but I think there's claws on there as well.
