i want 2 create a basic mmorpg where ppl can walk around and just talk to each other and nothing else there is story they could discover in it but pretty much its going to be a more interesting chat room where ppl log in and play games and dress there character up ands stuff but i don't know how to do it i have flash 8...
is there a template or somthin i could use that could help me acheive this...

Hahaha oh man good luck with that flash could be used to make something like that i think they used flash in tactics arena but do you even know how to use action script in flash if you do nvr mind but I doubt theres going to be a template to make that in flash and its called a engine not template so if you do any searching use engine instead of template you might get better search results. and if you dont know how to use action scirpt learn how to its really fun i mess around with it @ school all the time.
By the way you should post anything about game developement in the game developement thread

and if flash doesnt work out use java there are alot of java developement engines you do want this to run in a browser right well if you wanted it to run as a client you should use c++ and get a program called Dev C++ if you dont have it already
