been 6 months without a mmo. on and off maplestory has been boring. so i thought it would be cool to ask you guys ^^.

well anycool game, i dont mind grind. i played silkroad up to 68 and thought it wasnt that bad. (half farmed)

-i dont mind grind, must have parts, quest, guilds, PK, and a uniqe system like silkroad caravan system. or somesort of another type. has to be fun too. and long term. i like to get the feeling of accomplishment after grinding for several hours. it has to have decent GFX. also good fun or a variety of skills. it cant be P2P since i can probally play it for free still if you know what i mean. but f2p is a better deal. also a game where you cant get bored. where there other things you can do then grind? or not. just a FUN game. that has grind, and decent gfx.


(P.S WTF!? happaned to 9dragons. is it dead?)

Well, the games that I would recommend playing are Hero Online, KAL Online or Last Chaos...

Hero Online has decent graphics, theres quite a few things to do to keep you busy for months. It has mounts, nice number of quests and it isn't too grindy. Although, the areas to level in are too small for a huge base population. Community is okay and it's free.

KAL Online, pretty popular and probably longest MMORPG that I've been sticking by for a year or so. The quest system is nice, it has a few dungeons to party in, the choice of characters are Knight, Mage and Archer. Not bad since all 3 have a lot of skills. The game can be painful to level at about 40+ (Heard the EXP rate has change though so it might be different) and the community was great when I last played it. Graphics is decent too and its for free, you can buy item mall stuff to help you ingame.

Last Chaos, nice graphics for a free game. Pretty much the same as the previous 2 but it seems to be more grind. The International version was way too slow for patches and new areas when I last played it but maybe the developers have changed.

And for 9Dragons, it isn't dead... theres 2 versions of it. One from Acclaim and one from Persistent World. The one you could be thinking is dead is probably the Persistent World since they took down Carpe Diem as well. Want to try out 9Dragons, go to http://9dragons.acclaim.com/

Be warned,VCO's download is more than 1 gig,I would reccomend to download the client on Fileplanet,the speed is pretty decent.

im getting 110-130 kb/s from gamer hell. (i got DSL :/)

I had about 250-350 kb/s on fileplanet..Well,it took like 2 hours.Then again,back in the apha testing,it was like 30 kb/s,a real hell to download.That's why I mostly use Fileplanet when the client is bigger than 1 gig,you always get a decent speed,even if you have to wait before the download starts.

Ill advice you some games that made me satisfied alot for a time ago

Knight online (http://www.knightonlineworld.com/) I know its alot of Turkish people but you can probaly endure thoose "ksers"

Kal Online (http://www.kalonline.com/) its pretty fun also thought. I don't know its status at the moment but ill advice you to do!
