everytime i create a charecter is say snomsg(E-1) and im so pissed!! plz help me

WTF is that no msg? Even I could'nt create even a single character to Gunz International. When I switch my gunz to IJJI server, the message www.gunzonline.com blocks my way to play to ijji server. Can I ever get to play gunz or not? Post back hustlers!!!!! PLZZZ!!!!! NEED SOME HAND HERE HELLO GUYZ!!!!!!!!
