Well,you can try Narutowars,it's a mod for Warcraft 3,so yes it's in 3D.I haven't tried it though.

Try byond (http://www.byond.com/). It got a handfull of naruto games. Even if its pretty bad 2d, it still something! Plus! its the tought that counts.

is the naruto world a game? coz when i go on it its like a fansite does it have graphics or is it text based?
is the ninja academy playbale yet? coz when i go to its website it just directs me to a forum does it have graphics?
