My favorite ATM is Death Note, I started last night and I'm on Episode 5.

I really reccomend it.

I don't really like much naruto or one piece,I prefer the original manga versions.

NEON GENESIS

reason: i can relate to the main character.... he is pretty much a japanese version of me.

Great Teacher Onizuka.

Funny, clever, and it left a good feeling.

Obvious: Neon genesis Evangelion

Less Obvious: Magical Shopping Arcade Obenobashi. I loved that show, it was one of the first pieces of "crazy japanese cartoons" that I had the great pleasure of watching, over and over again.

InuYasha is my fave.

Death Note's plot is starting to get tense, it's soooo good!!! I'm going to download the whole series later. But wow! It's soo awesome, there are 37 episodes. I won't say anything about it though.

i did like it.... but then it just ended, they didnt even end it with like "the final episode" it was just over -_-

I don't have favourites, but for a serious anime, I like Neon Genesis Evangelion, but my favourite lgiht-hearted anime would have to be Love Hina. That one never gets old. FLCL isn't far behind too.

Cinder, How is Claymore, the name caught my eye

Cinder, is Claymore good, the name catches my eye xD

Its basically about a group of people who slays demons. They are all females, wearing light armour and carry a huge sword. Their organization does not have a name, but people call them Claymore *maybe its due to their big swords*

The females in the organizations are half demon and half human, thus normal humans shun them. They have silver coloured eyes btw. When villages/cities got attacked by demons, they will have no choice but to ask them for help, at a sum. The demons bascically kills someone, mimics him/her and hang around town. The Claymores have to actually control their demon powers, if they release too much, they will become full-fledged demons. Other than humans, dmeons and the human-demon hybrids, a new spieces just entered into the anime's latest episode. Geez, uber scary.

But the above is just the basic plot, there are stories about familes love, relationships etc. Just got to epidode 8 btw.

god do I hate the quality of naruto now...ok so their out of the fillers but the action and pace is like that of a snail tied to a rocket but faced with an iron clad wall of hate.

I've only seen four in the past two years I've really liked. Bleach, Berserk, Air Gear and Fate Stay Night. In my opinion most of the recent anime is crap.

Ranma 1/2, RahXephon, Robotech, Gundam Wing (YES... and NO, not Gundam Seed..), EVA, Full Metal Panic, and Elfen Lied.

Once i finish my Exams (On Sunday) Everybody is Talking about these animes =P

Wow for some of the good anime people have said they liked i can't belive nobody has said Blue Gender.

Besides FLCL(yes this atcually has a very deep meaning to the 6 episode series in case nobody knew) Blue Gender is one if not the best anime i have ever watched. Not to sure if you watch it anymore as almost all the episodes themself have been tooken off the net to be replaced with the still good but not really good Blue Gender movie which is really just all the episodes put together.

Just without all the atcually meaning behind it:(. It was truely a deep show.

Some anime which I've enjoyed watching and which I thought were either good or great are:

Black Cat-Ending was meh though...

Naruto Shippuuden-Only problem is that I rarely feel like watching it, but when I do I <3 it =P.

Bleach-What can I say? One of my favourite anime.

Love Hina-It's a classic of ecchi romance and I'm a sucker for those types of anime.

Rec-I bet noone's ever hear of it but it's really satisfying, another romance anime.

Girls Bravo-Only problem was the main character ended up with the girl I didn't want him to end up with...that's all I'm saying.

Nagasarete Airantou-Just great...

"Other" Anime-these anime were OK but needed something more to make them great.

Da Capo(season 1 and 2)-Yet another romance anime...but I felt as if season 2 was kinda corny...see for yourself.

Neon Genesis Evangelion-I know that people will flame me but think about it, the ending was satisfying, at first but when you thought about it you didn't really know what happened next. YOU decided what happened and IMO an anime is NEVER supposed to do that since it leaves an especially huge void in this case. Also the fact that they made Shinji seem gay is really disturbing (we know he isn't but the way they made him phrase his feelings seemed to imply it). And no I'm not including the movies since I didn't watch them yet.

That's all lol. It's long list as you can see but there's still one anime missing. I don't remember it's name since it's so long. It's only 2 episodes long but it's excellent. It was based off a PS2 game and had something to do with an hourglass lol. If I remember the anime I'll edit my post...

No part of the film did Shinji seem gay... It was Maya Ibuki that was shown to be gay.
And the story had a clear ending. Not at all as good as the movies, but it was there.

You must have not paid attention to it.
