true combat elite, a mod for enemy territory is somewhat tactical, 3 or so bullets can kill you (chest shots), you can lean around corners, etc. FEAR combat is too.

America's Army can be very tactical. But that generally happens within wars and scrims between clans.

if you want the real tactic games, i suggest getting a retail version of Rainbow Six Vegas (still tactical but with more arcade feeling, no instakill unless you get shot in the head) or GRAW. eventhough not exclusively multiplayer those are quite fun online.
There is a coop or competitive mode for both.

no tactics in Soldier Front. It's either you sit around sniping the whole time, or you run around trying to rush people to the ground with assault rifles.
