I know there is a U.S version where I am located, but that is gonna be p2p...2 questions

Is the world wide version p2p like the U.S one? Or will it be f2p? Also, can someone from U.S play in the world wide version?

also, I'm wondering because most of my friends live in Europe, and I want to play with them. It would be better f2p because it would cost a lot more to play with them than it would playing in the U.S servers...but I may p2p anyways, but just wondering.

they havent decided whether it till be f2p for the worldwide version (it probably will be) but they did say that they WON'T perform a wipe when they reach the final stage

Ok, lets get this straight, there is NO WORLDWIDE VERSION. It just happens that the Singapore server does not block IPs. Realistically, the Singapore server is still the Asian english server, not worldwide.
