Anti-virus: AVG Free Edition
Spyware: Ad-Aware
Windows Customizers: WindowBlinds / ObjectDocks

Actually... those are the only two programs that I use. Never have any problems what-so-ever with anything.

Anti Virus: Nod32 (CrAcK It!)
Spyware: I like Spybot, Ad Aware is good too.
Firewall: Windows Firewall does the job.

I wouldnt bother with them stupid tune up utilities, they will only add to the mess.

AVG Anti-Virus.
Spybot: Search And Destory.
Ad-Aware.
CCleaner.
