I predict that one of the espada is going to take Orihime to Aizen because of her power and Ichigo is going to fight Grimjow with his new Hollow form but get his ass kick and Shinji is going to come and save the day.

Remember Ichigo can't always use his Hollow mask, It has a time limit, how long it can last. If Grimmrow fights Ichigo, Ichigo would win, since he got a chopped off arm, or maybe not unless he uses his full power.

He didn't use his full power he just block ichigo with his sword. Ichigo didn't even
stood a chance.
