i cant seem to open GO setup iono why

hey i had similiar troubles but finally got it to work after making sure my telephone number had no spaces in it so like 833423423 and then for the passport you can put in whatever but make sure to put in the A first so like A12345796 I put in 8 numbers after the A and it worked for me, gl :)
