Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst has similar gameplay but waay better. Just Google PSOBB Private server. It's not like sega is going to lose money since the offical servers are long dead and it's already got the next generation out (Phantasy Star Universe). It's still a pretty fun game

Shining Force NEO and ExA are both very similar to Lunia,ain't online though..But as an MMO,Lunia is pretty unique for now I believe.
