As for the starting RC game was a mistake. My computer crashed when I made custom zones and replaced it with RC's zones. I have NO clue how it did that, my computer was always weird.>_> I took screens not knowing if the zones were mine or not. But I fixed it anyways. I took screens of my zones I made. Just having trouble with skin textures.

bollocks to that, youre using realmcrafter, thats one step up from playerworlds. Its a premade engine. PREMADE. which is commercially available. starting from scratch? I dont think so. You will get n o w h e r e using daddys money to pay for your game. learn blender, and c++, then you can class yourself as a "from scratch" designer.

Jealous of your amazing work, which you put in amazing amounts of time to code, model, texture, and your loads of cash needed to purchase Realm Crafter.

If you honestly think you're doing that great of a job, you probably should take a tour through a developer's office. That's hard work. What you're doing now is all premade. You basically are making about 5% of the game, which is completely pathetic, considering that you feel so proud of it.

As for the comment, "You can't even afford Realm Crafter," people in the world have jobs, you know. Most people make $150+ a day and even teenagers getting odd jobs make around $100 a week.

You really should do some research before sticking your tongue out.

As for the part of the game that you are actually producing, I'm sure it will be terrible. Judging by your spelling and grammatical errors, the quests will be dull and full of mistakes.

In all of this, I think I would call you the jerk. If you post a game, you should expect criticism, jerk.

I pretty much depised all games made by Realm Crafter and anyone that used it.

Use a real engine, not a crappy one such as RC. And people easily sums it up, learn coding and take criticisms well.

Iv been coming here for a long time and never posted, but seeing this, I have to. Naruto, its cool your trying to make your own game and all, but trying to say its from scratch is bull.
Realm crafter is pretty lame, and saying things like "omg you cant afford realm crafter" is also lame. If you knew anything, that is amazingly cheap. Try buying the Unreal engine. Learn a language like C++ or C# and a free 3d modeler like blender or milkshape, then say its from scratch.
Its good to see young designers but coming to a forum and giving in to flames and sticking your tongue out is not a good way to get constructive criticism. Good luck on the game.

I'm not 12. And my username has nothing to do with my game. Understand? I would understand if my game was based off of naruto. Lets see some games that are pretty popular:

Witch Gate: A game made by RC. Username is Eagle. Eagle uses textures and animals such as the spider monster NPC Realm Crafter provides with.

Apocalypse Online: Another game made by Realm Crafter. Username is Nils Carlen but has a team: Doggie, Villw, and so on. Nils Carlen uses the human Realm Crafter provided with in his game and critters. (Such as rats and lizards)

Legend of Dekkane: Yet another game made by Realm Crafter. The creator's username is ggg123. Teammates: Zetto. They use Realm Crafter's textures in the past but now use torque.

ggg123, zetto, and doggie are all names that were not exactly made up by themselves. YOU STILL MAY NOT UNDERSTAND.

Think of more games: Uncharted Horizons, Raptor, etc.

1) i used dark basic as a worst case scenario kinda thing.

We're highly opinionated and experienced in MMORPGs, we see alot of people attempting the 'ultimate mmo'. We're not that negative, theres alot more negativity in reality then there is here. As a developer you need to learn how to take criticism, even if its in a rude form.

I'm just going to go ahead and sum up what everyone else said, but in a nicer way.

1) How can you call this the most exciting MMORPG ever? You have 50 members you say? Bravo. But there are games that have millions.

2) After browsing your site I found no screenshots, or ever explanations about what the game is going to be like. I think I can make a pretty accurate guess and say that you don't even have a quarter of the game completed yet.

3) You only have three developers. If you are going to make a game, at least get a full team who knows what they are doing.

4) Accepting any random person over the internet to help you develop a game is probably one of the dumbest things a developing team leader can do. You may want to pick your staff more wisely.

5) I assume you are making this in Realm Crafter, and all I can say is that a game made with a pre-made engine will never amount to much more then maybe 150 people on at once.

You are under the illusion that anyone with a free game making program and a team of script kiddies can create an epic MMORPG. No. You need a full team of people who have actual programming/model creating knowledge.

You make it sound like something special when its not, theres thousands of people around your age groups createing games with engines such as playerworlds(which is outdated, just an example) its just he had enough pocket money to buy the next up, realm crafter. Sadly some of these engines are actualy kind of good when a good coder really gets at it.

Well, all I have to say so far is that your not them regular young kids who spam the forums and all that, that what people hates the most. They ask your ag and still flame you if you not around 16-18 years or higher. That the true concept that been going on since warcraft 3 was around and runescape was on the rise.

Like most of the people just wanted to change your name cause your name is pretty stereotypical and we just want you to be "different". Why not develop a different unused name instead of being part of the catagory trying to fix the bandwagon.

Questscape is not a fairly good name for a mmorpg, I recommand changing it to more of a gothical name like "Darkblade" or any modern games instead of old atari names of games. That way people are more interested in your game and you get more people cause it have a more popular name going on then games that have a old stereotype that is beginning to die off.

I don't care much about what type of software you use, cause you are beginning to learn the ropes on making a game and learning some basic concepts that will help you progress to our modern engines we use. So keep up the good work and still learn more, I recommend learning from different engines that we use so that you can get a hang of what we are making.
