I got this red bar that is full i don't know what to do?

first u have to be lvl 10 and have a job to use the red bar
the red bar is ur rage bar when its filled u press ur rage key (rage key for default key is the key left to the "1" the ` thing)
once u active rage ur atk/def will increase for a period of time
