To start off, this game is still in BETA of course, so I can't make huge assumptions...
But I can still give you a review. ;)
Since I've already played the SG version of Granado Espada, I wanted to give K2Network's version of this amazing game a spin, just to see what K2's wonderful minds are up to... *Sarcasm to the max*
Now, the game has AMAZING graphics, a wonderful soundtrack, great art, the game is almost perfect....
Almost.
When you start the game up, finally, after downloading the 3.5 GIG file, you'll be greeted by three servers: Vespanola, Orpesia, and Cesario. (Cesario being the one I play on)
Once you create your characters, go in, complete the tutorial and finally are able to go out and start being the living crap out of everything you see... You hear something funny...
You look around, wondering what it was... THEN YOU CLICK AGAIN, and finally hear the voices.
To sum that all up, THE VOICE WORK IS ANNOYING! The Musketeers sound like they're going to molest something, the Scouts are fine, but they sound somewhat fruity, and blah... It's REALLY ANNOYING!
I don't know why K2Networks had to seriously replace the voices, the SG voices were fine. BUT NO, it always has to go K2Networks way, or they drop the game like a scolding potato.
It saddens me that they had to do this to an already perfect game. But yet again, it's the forbidden K word.
Another thing that's kind of weird is the point and click. When your in a big crowd of people, or your in a big crowd of monsters, it's almost impossible to select something without de-selecting your party members. The game is built around the AFK leveling system to much, where it should only be an option. (In my opinion)
To sum it all up, K2Network has taken a great game and turned it into an almost mediocre one. And since the SG Granado Espada is going Pay to Play, (please correct me if I'm wrong) it'll be hard to play it.
If push comes to shove, SG GE should go Free to Play in the near future. So if it does, I suggest moving as quick as possible to it, if not, stick with the foreign versions, it will make your playing experience much more enjoyable.
