Woah, this game might be worth to try again. I love this new PK system coming up. Everything is better than this PK server that we have now atm.

How will the PK/PvP System Change?

In V8 PK exists on all servers; also the Karma system has been revamped. Blue names are removed completely; When you hit somebody you immediatly turn pink for 8 seconds, if you hit anybody within that 8 seconds you turn Red in 15 seconds, If not then you simply go back to white. While Red you cannot Access Shops or go on your board, your only safe haven would be loadlight. As far as I know the arena will be rendered useless due to PK ability on all servers.

L2 was tha bomb. I loved how alliances of guilds gather up and battled for hours after someone got annoyed and attacked a player. This jail thing is a complete failure. Guildwars FTW!

You don't have to worry about those Red PKers. They will die and lose there items. This game is becoming more challenging.

Also, Deleveling has been reintroduced, combined this with complete PK in all servers and you wind up with bored players camping the Venel Guardian spawn, killing all level 60's who try to finish the last leg of their job change, only to turn back to 59 and have to start all over.

If they remove develing and restrict PK to one server, then I'll be happy, but, until then, I'm going to level my ass off to get out of the mines ASAP.

Have you even played FlyFF? There's something called penalty EXP that you get when you die. I know it's not bad below 60-70, but when you get .05-.06% a kill at the higher levels it's a pain in the ass. Not too mention they're increasing the penalty EXP if you're below level 90, and reintroducing deleveling.

My problem is, at level 15 and 60 you can't get any exp until you change your job. The level 60 change quest is very strenuous and can take a few hours to get everything done, how would you feel if you were on the last leg of that quest, which is killing a giant, this giant is placed right in the middle of the Glaphan spawn, which is a level 104ish monster. How would you feel if a level 100 player sees you and decides to have some fun and kill you. Guess what? You're level 59, not only do you need to get back to 60, but you also have to start the quest over again.

Even the most avid pkers I know are complaning about this, yes PK is fun, but when you can't level or have to keep redoing the job change quest because someone thought it'd be funny to camp you than that's just retarded. And I know on Aibatt there are plenty of people like that.

For now , it IS suggested that u stay in glaphan, Kern has so many Brazilian players, u'll start to wonder whether this is flyff or not anymore! I'm just getting my guy to lvl 15, go do the class change, then i'm straight back to glaphan. then i'll wait a week, then i'll go to kern again, yay! for planning!

Don't worry Arri, there are a few ways to prevent this.

1. grind your ass off before V8.
2. get some respect in your server for back up.
3. join a good guild.

Same thing happens to me on conquer online, at random the game will completely freeze my computer, and I'll have to restart

oh, well on my case...my comp turns off completly, no shutting down, stand by...it just turns off;
it might be the video card though, or maybe the resolution.

It's probably your RAM or HD that's damaged. Might want to check wich one of them is not working. For example, take off all your RAM sticks and put 1 back at the time to see which one isn't working.

I had the same problem with my old computer. Everything freezed when my graphic card got too hot(it was overclocked). Try to use lower graphic details.

ok heres my problem...i have a laptop in which is the only computer i have the problem with; i can play on my desktop with no problem...

i found a way to play without it turning off: i just disconect the charger cable and it works...only if the battery goes all the way down to 1% or so(which means if you dont plug it in to charge it its going to turn off;everyone knows that), i cant plug it in and have it charged because it will turn off.

so ive been thinking...Overheat, or Overcharged.
has to be one of those.

As in you'll be training somewhere then all of a sudden some spoiled idiot mage with a healbot assist comes up to you, kills you in 2-3 hits, starts talking trash (you know that part WILL happen 100% of the time) then decides to steal your spot, and KoS you whenever he sees you in "his" spot

We've all been in that situation on our first characters. Only real solution is to just keep working. Eventually you'll have enough money for stuff.

yeah, the GM is not sure whether they plan to do that or not, besides V8 is just a copy of the international Flyff with elements taken from the korean and japanese versions, that's pretty much it. Some features are not yet sure to be add in like this one, the one that we do now that is going to get add in is the De-leveling, but people are arguing about that as we type

lmao kinda hard when every other person in SM is selling the same talin suit +3 set i have, or the fury shield, or the heavy shield or the steel knuckle, assists are becoming quite a common class, last i check they have even outnumbered merc and mages!
