I know this thread is becoming really popular and it usually just becomes a big argument on which game is better however this one has a poll. Yes, a poll. So just vote for which of these games you'd pick out of the small list.

GW2 is going to be fun for sure... But CoV/CoH are fun but not that much...

CoH/CoV, because they're the only games there with longlivety.

these are all very different games (except for CoH/CoV, of course, which shouldn't be different options because you can buy them together now), and which is best for you will depend on taste. Guild Wars and LotRO are similar because they are both VERY centered on story and quest, LotRO moreso then Guild Wars (which is centered on story & pvp together). Guild Wars is almost entirely instanced, while LotRO is almost entirely open.

it really depends on what YOU want.

if you want a B2P story/pvp intensive game, go for Guild Wars.

if you want a VERY story intensive P2P game, go for LotRO. (my personal fave).

if you want something different, are willing to P2P, and like superheroes, go for CoH/CoV.

Newest Guild wars is just an expansion pack its not like the other one that where all standalone chapters., GW2 isn't out for like another year odd. I vote COH/COV get the boxset with both games for like £10.
