Here. Nagasarete Airantou (My Veoh Series) (http://www.veoh.com/series/airantou). It's a good harem with somewhat 'kawaii' characters. Basis is a 14 year old boy gets stuck on an island full of women. (All of the men got swept away at sea 12 years before.)

Also try Shuffle, which quite possible one of the best harems out there. THe comedy in it is great, not to mention it has enough seriousness to it to keep everyone serieously watching.
