First of all it has to be completly free. no "members only" benefits
-it should concentrate on the skills more than character classes
-lot of noncombat skills (all sort of crafting, art, performance)
-all the usual stuff: quests, PVP, tons of items,NPCs,
-chance to buy house and do stuff like taking care of my own garden etc.
-small internet connection requirement (able to play via 1Mbit/256Mbit connection with no problems)
-graphic interface
-no fancy 3d requirement

Basicaly something similair to morrowind/runescape

any ideas?
