Im stuck on the quest The Defense Line. It tells me to speak to commander Yi Qinling who is wandering around the river Northwest of Feather City. I cant seem to find her ive been walking around for over a hour now. Can someone tell me where I can find Yi Qinling? Also can someone tell me a place where i can get help from quest like a Perfect World forum?

first go to www.speedbit.com and get download accelerator Plus then go to http://www.world2.com.my/downloads-client.asp and download 1 of those sites where you can download parts. Trust me parts are faster then torrent. then go here for the translation patch http://www.perfectworld.cc/forum/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=642

Ahhh...just click on the quest on the quest menu, and a yellow arrow should appear pointing to the relevant NPC

What do you get when you follow the arrow? Anyway, I guess you could try running to 319, 330. If not, 303, 343.

Hm...Well..then i guess all i can say is zoom out on your minimap and mouse over the npcs that pop up, you'll probably have to do some running around..

That quest is pretty hard since you have to solo a mini boss, first go to the northwest part of feather city, it's usually mobbed by players, and around that area theres a WingKind Spectre or something like that that's level 14, its a archer mob that if you dont have the charm or a ton of def will pound you, anyways, just kill that mob and you'll finish the quest.
