I've been having a very overwhelming urge to RP lately, and I couldn't think of a Title or Story for one, so I decided I'd duel someone. I'm just going to be very blunt, put the rules out there, and hope to god someone replies.

1. I want a worthy opponent. I don't want to be mean, but I want to duel with somebody who can actually spell, use semi-correct grammar and has a nice history in roleplaying.

2. PLEASE, don't fill this topic with useless "can I duel?" posts. PM me to ask.

3. I know I shouldn't have to say this, but after I start the duel no one else can join.

4. This will be a magic RP. Weapons are allowed, but I want this to be mainly magic.

5. NO GODMODDING! Again, something else I shouldn't have to say...

6. NO BUCKETS!!! (don't ask...)

Now the rules for magic are as follows:

1. Your character can only excel in one element and have slight training in another. The elements are: Fire, Water, Earth, and Air

2. Magic doesn't spring forth from no where. Magic is basically manipulating an element. So, let's say a character excels in the fire element; he can move or duplicate the molecules of the fire, but not create it. Meaning, if there's only a spark, he can make it an inferno, but if there's nothing...well, I think you understand.

3. Using Magic does tire your character, so use your endurance wisely. And also, heavier uses of Magic will tire your character further, and may even kill them.

There, I think that should do it. Now please, someone duel me? T_T

Name: Ferino Dashal (overused name, I know, I don't care)
Elements: Master of Water and Novice of Earth
Weapons: Carries a small dagger inside his robe

((Ok, let's get started! I've decided to set this up as a sort of Magic Tournament battle.))

Ferino walked out into the arena. A spacious area, but very barren. It was nothing but elaborate tile. There was nothing he could use in his first fight! Upon thinking that, the four sides of the arena opened revealing an abundance of material for each element on each side. This was truly an elemental mage's heaven! Just then, Ferino spotted his challenging foe on the other side of the arena. "Let's do this!" he said.

((A very crappy, very short intro post, I know, but it was only to introduce the material. And hey, it's a duel, you don't need much of an introduction!))

EDIT: ((Oops, forgot to tell you that you get the first attack Veryk.))

As Henry entered into the stadium he quickly saw his opponent and realized the first plan of action. Looking around the audience seemed to clap and wail at the appearance of the elements, which was a sign of the commencing battle. Taking several steps to his left, Henry drew his sword and with his right and free sent a boulder flying towards himself. As the attack closed in the crowd went into a confused silence. With a lung against the rock his sword was stuck in its center then with a flick flung the debris towards his enemy, leaving a thick out shell around his blade.

Then to send the attack to a much faster speed a gust of wind was blown from Henry’s mouth into the missing middle acting as a bottle to catch the air. Finally three strikes were made with his now blunted rock sword, the first a perfect horizontal strike followed by left then a right vertical cut, unleashing three waves of visible air currents. Now pleased with his furry of earth and air began a slow jog closing the space between him and his opponent slightly. Both his hands on the heavy straight sword Henry gave a slight smile, happy with the beginning of this fight.

((SO sorry for the late post, but I was kind of busy yesterday and really freaking tired this morning. Let's get this back on track.))

Ferino saw the oncoming boulder and lifted a large amount of water from the pool. Spreading it out in front of him, he slowed the molecules from the inside, turning the water into ice. The sheet was pretty thick but it wasn't going to last against the giant rock. Instead, he counteracted the piece of earth with his own, throwing multiple smaller rocks at it. It seemed to slow its descent and possibly even have knocked it off course. The boulder crashed into the wall of ice and completely shattered it, but what he didn't expect was that the boulder would break into smaller pieces. That was too his advantage however since he could easily move smaller rocks. Only a few shards of debris had hit him.

Another thing he hadn't expected, or even seen, were the blades of air flying at him. Acting quickly he was able to duck and dodge the first one but wasn't so lucky at the second or third. One hit his leg, but it wasn't badly damage and he could still walk. The third had much more impact behind it and it had nailed him right in the chest and he was sent sprawling onto his back. Pushing himself up he noticed his challenger approaching at a decent speed. Again, he had to think quickly, so he lifted a large amount of water out of the pool once again and hurled it towards his opponent. It wouldn't be much to dodge, but at least it would slow him down.

As the water came closer to Henry he slid his right foot in front of him, sending a small wave of air underneath the enemy’s attack, aimed for his feet. Strategically knowing his first strike would do nothing to the oncoming wet assault he took a deep breath and sent a gust of wind at the ground. As it bounced off the tile the air pushed the liquid up, turning it into a fountain but as the light rain began to fall Henry misjudged the amount of water that was fired and, as he could no longer exhale, the original course was taken for the attack, hitting Mr. Seau in the chest. Slightly pushed back, Henry plotted his next move in his drenched clothes.

Noticing the sword was too heavy it was thrown into the air then quickly Henry began to swing him hands in a circular motion. As the small tornado began to appear the boy was lifted from the floor and, grabbing his sword in mid air, spun wildly. The blade stuck out a few inches from the vortex that traveled quickly towards the opponent. Pulling the bits of rock for the earlier attack into its cycle Henry switched his weight and was tossed from the tornado which was rapidly approaching his foe. Now only several feet away, and a tad dizzy but completely dry, he watched as his attack stay on target. Now a bit tired Henry Seau leaded on his rock tai chi sword, awaiting the next move.
