Ok, first I want to explain the way this roleplay is going to go.
This is going to take place in a modern setting, in which nobody has any magic, or enchanted items,or any of that kind of stuff.
This is going to be about normal people with normal capabilties, fighting against oppenents that will fight....well, insanly although they are still human and can only peform the actions of a normal human.
Now this does take place in an urban enviroment, so don't expect to see people with rocket launchers or katanas(you might come across katanas or swords in speciality stores though-but they will not cut through flesh as easily unless you find a method to sharpen them.)
Now weapons such as knives,or guns(If you start out as a civilian don't say you have something like a M16 or AK47) and anything else that could be used as a weapon.(want inspiration? Play Dead Rising ;)
__________________________________________________ ____________
Story:
In the present day, in an unamed city in the US police station begin getting calls late in the night about people who have seemed to have gone insane have been ruthelessly attacking the puplic without reason.
When dispatches were sent out they were overrun by 100s of people, almost all of the forces sent out were killed and now the Police and SWAT teams are thinned out within the city.
A week later after 50% of the civilians had fled, while the numbers of insane people had continued to grow.
Now Martial Law has been declared and 7 squads of US soldiers and reservists have been sent in to support the stranded Police and civilians.
The catch?
The day the military forces are sent in the city will be quarantined. (Nobody going in are aleredy inside the city will know this until it happens)
Now this thread is mostly going to be about character devolpment and action although, if this is popular I may possibly make a second part to reveal why people are going insane.

For a sidearm, he carries a large 14" combat knife which reeks of blood.

Name: Louie Otis
Police
Appearance: A porky man, with a calm face and bushy mustache. He sports a slightly stretched out navy blue cop uniform, and with the lately events, he wears his bulletproof vest under it like a second skin.
Starting Weapons: A single shot revolver that he had his eye out for before the outbreak. He carries a slightly rusted crowbar for a sidearm.
Personality: A nice guy. Anything goes as long as he can end the day with some canned corn and beer.
Extra: Your simple redneck cop. He was used to the easy life. Calls of kids making a ruckus, maybe the usual narcotic dealer, nothing serious until the late years. Though he's proficient with his revolver, and is a deadly shot, he's much used to carrying it around for show. His wife and children went off to visit a near dead grandfather a few states away before the chaos, and through a few persuasive letters hes kept them from coming back. The only thing on Louie's mind is to live through this, get out, and see his family again. Right now he is barricaded with other cops inside the largest police station, coordinating on how to stop the riot.

((Before I start I just want to say that because this is a large city, there will be constant use of cars, motercycles, trucks, and any other civilian vehicle you can think of.
I also want to say that you can customize your weapons, now I'm not just saying you can take a hunting rifle and put a scope and a laser pointer on it (with possibly anything else you'd want on their that would realisticly fit) but also customize your close-combat weapons, for instance if you have a knife and then find A pipe(or any other long objects of the sort) you can duck tape them together making a kind of spear.))
Miles looked through the windshield of the van as him and his men speeded through the empty freeway, while the freeway entrance to the city was getting closer and closer.
Miles stood up and said
"Ok guys, we've been told that this is simply a rescue mission, we'll extract all the members of the Police force and as many civilians as we can find.
We have been authorized to 'shoot-to-kill,' it is important that you know this becuase we will likely come under attack by the riots and if you hesitate, they will kill you."
Miles took a seat and checked his watch, it read 5:07
"We'll be inside this hellhole in about 5 minutes" He whispered.

Smith crouched on the roof, looking down on the gathered mob. Some were lobbing bricks through windows, others were torching cars and setting upon any innocent they could find. Ordinarily, he wouldn't have been worried, but with all the burning going on the building he was on top of was going to catch eventually. Worse yet, the only way out was through the mob.
Holstering his pistol and slinging his rifle over his back, he drew his combat knife without a sound. There were only ~10 of them, and it would be important to conserve ammunition, as with the usual bickering among politicians it would likely be weeks before any sort of action was mounted.
Creeping silently down to the ground floor, he paused by the door, looking out through the spyhole for his opportunity. When he saw it, he lunged at the door.
The door burst open, flattening one rioter under it. Smith made a sprint down the road, hoping to escape the rioters before they had any idea what was happening. Glancing behind him, he saw a group of 3 following him, and the rest proceeding to torch the building he had just left. Turning around, he stood his ground as the three charged towards him.
The first one attempted a flying tackle, which Smith sidestepped, giving the man an elbow in the back of the head for his trouble. The second and third came on more cautiously, one of them holding a giant cleaver that looked capable of slicing through kevlar, and the other weilding a pair of razor-sharp kitchen knives. The spread out and tried to surround him, but Smith moved to engage the one with the cleaver. The cleaver swung, but Smith ducked under it, and delivered three swift punches to the solar plexus. As the butcher doubled-up, the wind knocked out of him, Smith kicked him in the groin before grabbing the cleaver and turning to face the remaining opponent. Shifting his weight, the last foe thought for a second, before deciding that discretion was the better part of valour, and fleeing to rejoin the mob.
Spotting a nearby carpark, Smith entered and started looking about for a vehicle he knew how to hotwire.

The furniture of the front office was cleaned out, and the largest table was placed to the middle. On the table was a near broken compass, a large detailed map of the city, a few firearms, and a combat knife lodged into it, which seemed appropriate at the moment. A few surviving law enforcment were hunched over, looking at the map, and Louie rocked on a chair at a corner of it.
"The areas here, here, and here are good as hell. The street down here kills any search party we send, so we're going to avoid the-"
"Jesus Christ Braeburn," another cop interrupted ", this is all about human preservation at the moment. We've lost enough men, what we need to focus on is surviving. Help will come. I mean the government wouldn't just leave us to rot right?"
Everyone was silent, it's been long enough for help to come, but they have yet to see any outside forces. 50% of the population had managed to flee, whilst some of the other half had succumbed to this. Boiling the numbers down to that, there still should have been many more civilians barricaded in here, but only a handful, mostly women and children, made it.
"No they wouldn't Mike," Louie replied ,"No self respecting human would leave their fellow men to die. God wouldn't let that happen, our job isn't to let that happen." He forced a weak smile. Everyone mustered up their own smiles and silent nods. It was a cheesy thing to say, but morale was something they desperately needed.
"More of them!"
Louie got off his chair and whipped out his revolver, walking to the double door entrance and opening it. In front of him now was the concrete porch for the entrance, and the stairway leading down. The police station was well made, but still possessed very Spartan features. The stairs indicated that the building was fairly elevated, and was covered with with the usual industrial brick. The windows meant for the interior were barred from the outside, and furniture and crates covered the windows for extra protection. They would not last long against a rampaging crowd, but the men hoped to encourage the rioters to attack from the front entrance through the parking lot, giving convenience for the defense.
Five men ran towards the the front entrance in a disturbing ape-like fashion. brandishing pipes, two by fours, and other scraps that could be used as primitive weapons. One of them surprisingly held a fireman ax. Not like they were to come of any use though, after a few rationed, carefully aimed sprays, the 5 men toppled down to the floor, pooling out blood.
"Good lord.... Alrighty, Strauss, head up there and pick up any goodies we might find useful from those guys, especially that there ax. Resta you fellas watch his back, more might come, and we might nota dropped them 5 guys completely."
Louie noticed something about the city's ambiance. The dead silence turned to slow echoes of hundreds of rioters. Something was coming through the city that posed a large threat to the rioters. Louie smiled as he pictured tanks and fighter jets.

Looking through the parking lot, Smith found a beat-up, 6 year old pickup. It was running low on gas, but there was a pump not half a mile from here, and there wouldn't exactly be anyone watching them, would there? The only issue was getting there before a mob torched it. Jumping in to the drivers seat, Smith popped open the panel below the ignition. Connecting the "ON" wires, he touched the starter wires together gently. Sparks flew, and the engine gave a lurch before settling down to a comfortable idle speed.
Flicking the pickup into reverse, Smith spun out of the lot, wheels skidding as he took the corner towards the gas station. Screeching to a stop next to Pump #4, he filled the tank, then took off. He wouldn't be able to survive on his own - he would have to find some help, and some supplies. A cop station would be a good start, he thought, if he could clear the mob from the entrance. Fingering his Sig, a plan formulated itself in his mind.
The pickup slid sideways, then sped back the way it had come, tires squeeling.

As the black vans speeded through the burning, ruined city blocks rioters were threw glass, knives, and anything else they could find at the vans.
"What the hell happened here?" One of the young Privates asked.
The closer he was getting to the Police Station the more rioters were appearing, Miles was just hoping that it wasn't too late when they got there.
"Ready your weapons!" Miles ordered the men, as now there were rioters attempting to jump in front of and upon some of the vans.
The Police Station and the rioters outside were now in sight, Miles flicked the switch on his MP5 to fully automatic and turned on his flashlight, moments later everybody else did the same with their weapons.
The van stopped and one of the men sitting in the back swung open the doors.
Everybody ran outside and aimed at the mob.
"Open Fire!"
In the fraction of the second Miles blinked the roar of gunfire had filled the air.

The pickup sped along the streets toward the police station. As it got closer, Smith could hear the shouts of the mob over the roar of the engine. And something else. Skidding tires, like a mass of vehicles screeching to a stop. Then was a sound Smith didn't like to hear that often.
Gunfire.
Rounding the last corner, the engine of the pickup roared as it sped towards the mob. Diving out and behind a corner, Smith watched as the brick left on the accelerator kept the pickup speeding towards the crowd of people.
The pickup smashed into the mob, sending a dozen people flying into the air, and kept going, ending up wrapped around a lamppost. Keeping out of sight, Smith watched as the mob, being shot at from one side and run over from the other, wavered. This was not a good thing. If they fled, he would be trampled.
Quickly scaling the building next to him, he planted himself on the rooftop. Taking his spare scope, he watched the action unfold below him.

"Yes, everything is ready, all we need is your signature and the deal is as good as done" said Lloyd Flurkens over the phone.
"Alright, I'll be right there, in the meanwhile, order the boys some lunch, they must be starving" replied Stanley.
Stanley had just started a paper printing business and everything was going well. He just needed to walk a few blocks and just sign some papers, that was it. He grabbed his cane, and started walking down the new sidewalk. He noticed the neighbor's new car, rosebush, a woman getting eaten...
He looked further down the street and he saw a mob of what seemed to be crazed men and woman with blood all over them. He quickly ran to his house and locked the door behind him. He ran upstairs to his bedroom and opened the closet. Behind his thousand dollar suits, he brought found the box labelled old clothes. He emptied the box to find his old combat knife and the .50 cal.
"Now where the hell are the bullets..."thought Stanley to himself, it had been nearly twelve years since he last used the .50 cal. If he could just get to his warehouse, he could get at some of those rifles that he bought on the street. He searched the pockets of all his suits, and finally his old jeans to find his two magazines. Since the bullets were the size of a baby's fist, the magazines could only hold 9 rounds, but hopefully that would be enough.
Grabbing his home phone, he dialed his "boys" down at the printing house.
"Yo Lloyd, I got trouble man I need you guys over here ri..." the phone had suddenly cut out, and he could not get a dial-tone. He looked out his bedroom window to see three kids chewing at his home phone lines and power lines.
He ran downstairs and burst out the door, the mob was just in front of him, the smell was unbearable, but they looked worse. He dashed right through them and just kept running down the street, hopefully he would be able to reach the print, and meet up with the boys.
After about ten minutes of running, he finally made it to the building only to see it on fire. He ran inside to find organs scattered on the ground and a gold rolex. He gave that rolex to Lloyd on his twentieth birthday.

"Thank ya kindly, crowbar ain't much use against a crazy anyways.... God, Damn! It's World War 3 out there!"
The overall sound of the city was now at the height of unsettling. Maniacal screams and gunfire filled the air. A few moments ago the lookoutl swore he heard a car going haywire and crashing.. Louie made his way up to the second floor of the building, then took a ladder to the roof.
"Whataya see Bidwell?"

They were silent. Both of the men have seen what happens to non crazies when they are out of the station's reach.

Cerius said as he walked out of his school. His mom came to pick him up. They were going to drop Cerius of the mom's friend's house. They dropped him off and the mom left.
"Im going for a walk."
Cerius said. So he walked out the door and walked a couple blocks and all of a sudden he heard gunfire! Goodthing he had his gutair from music class and his airsoft gun from recess. He dove behind a fence taking cover. He peeked over the fence to see if anyone is there. He jumped back up over the fence and went deeper into the city to see whats going on..

"Yuri run! " yelled the teenager's mother as they sped down the hallway of the school that was infiltrated by those that has gone crazy. The girl, Yuri Lee, ran as fast as she could but finally tripped over a book. When she lifted her head to get sight of her mother. She was horrified. Her mother who was running a few moments ago were torn to shreds right in front of her. A men was standing in front of her with a smile. He gently lifted her head and whispered. " I'll get you next time...heheheh"....

It's been perhaps a few days since Yuri adventured the streets alone. Weearing her school uniform with an extra reddish cape around her, she seemed to be an unarmed girl. She innocent eyes behind her glasses and her baby face attracted a lot's of male hungering for sexual pleasures but up to now, no a single men could've harmed her.
The streets were empty. It was calm. Walking along the sidewalks, she could easily spot those weaklings starring from their barricaded windows and holes. She lowered her head and suddenly, a pair of hand grip her from behind. One around her waist and one around the neck to lift her up. " Hahaha! Another snack for tonight's menu!....but..." The stranger wondered the reason behind the girl's calmness. Yuri wasn't struggling nor was she trying anything. She giggled and asked a question " Do you know why my coat is red? " Immediately, she pulled a pen from her coat and stabbed the men's eye with it. Once fred from his embrace, she pulled a kitchen knife from her coat and sliced his testicules off. The men fell on the floor screaming without a sound.
" It's because it was tainted by the blood of fools like you..heheh "
She pulled her pen from his eyes and killed him.... The day was finally over. She, who was merely a baby girl, became a killer. She installed herself on top of a building across the police station and entered the land of dreams....
The next day, she was waken up by someone's groaning. Upon opening her eyes, she saw a men looking down the station from a scope. She quitly walked behind him with a smile and gently whispered in his ears. " What brings you here...uncle? "

Acting instinctively, Smith leaped back from the intruder.
"Idiot!" he muttered, cursing himself for not checking the rooftop before settling down to wait. He was growing slack.
After the initial shock was over, he began to look closer at his new companion. At first glance she looked like a little girl, frightened and alone. But a practiced second look told him that she was not frightened, and most definitely did not care about being alone. The red cape she wore had the distictive smell of old blood, and Smith's practiced eye picked out a few points where it had splattered onto her uniform, in a pattern indicative of a knife slash. There was more to this little girl than met the eye.
Wary for any hostile move, Smith began to talk.
"Who are you?"

Peering out at the urban jungle Kinns felt like weeping. Nearly 10 miles of pure madness. He cocked his rifle and set the scope as he walked. He would need it. SWAT offered him $500,000 to bag 500 heads.
He lit a cigarette. He had only recently started smoking. He would need any stress relievers he could get on this job.
"Those things will kill you ya know." the SWAT lietenant piped up.
"No," he said loading his gun,"these will." Thrusting a 3 1/2 inch bullet in front of his face.
"Lets go bag some heads."
"Who are you?"
A very strange question in a strange place. How many would ask this question instead of trying to violate her? Anyway, he seemed fine. Someone calm and a bit restricted.
" I'm just a normal civilian wandering around...call me...hum.... Sari "
She couldn't trust. That's what she learnt through the past days. No one is trust worthy. Her father abandonned her, her brother left her alone and he mother died without bringing her. She was left alone. The only person she could count on or depend on, is herself...
" So, having fun watching those idiots killing each other? " asked the girl with a rather cocky tone.
She took a step on the edge of the roof and looked down. Although it may seem that she'll lose balance anytime, but her face did not worry. Death was something she didn't care much. She has died once, it won't matter if it's twice.

"Zombies got your parents, huh?" said Smith, trying to strike up some conversation. As the girl turned to look at him, he saw something in her eyes, one moment of emotion. Then it was gone, flashing away as quickly as it had appeared.
She was not quite at ease with the loss of her family, though she hid it well. While he couldn't really trust her - you couldn't trust anyone in this godforsaken place - he could probably rely on her not to turn around and stab him in the back. That was a good thing.

A skinny, pale man was running like a gorilla towards the station, his mouth foaming and nose bleeding. He needed to kill, to feed. The ecstasy from ending a life had overcome him. When he came to the parking lot of the station, a cracking noise came from the roof of the police station, and the man did a roll to the concrete, stopping with a thud. A dark rose bloomed in his forehead, a solid bullet wound.
"Well, shit. This hunting rifle packs a punch eh Bidwell?"
Louie waited for a reply of some sort, but Bidwell was locked to his binoculars.
"Bidwell? Ain't healthy staring at all the gore. Why don't you let Sampson take watch?"
"Otis, that building right over the street. I can't believe I hadn't seen it before. Here, take a look fer yourself."
Louie focused the binoculars to the building. He didn't see anything for a few seconds. Then his eyes went to the rooftop.
"Well I'll be. A little girl and some fella."
"We need to get their attention.." Bidwell stated " Maybe holler at em or start a flare?"
"Not a good idea, two people ain't worth letting all of loony town know were here. When they look this way wave your hands and jump like you was getting paid Bidwell."
She lightly bowed with manners. Although her cape wasn't as pretty as it was in the beginning, she did what she was taught to. Upon returning her attentions to the surrounding, she noticed two individual on another building, waving at her and jumping as if they were stupid.
" Look, there's two joyful men there trying to get our attentions....Why don't we make everyone see them so we can escape? "
She giggled as she exoressed her idea and waited for an anwser.

"Might not be a good idea. We're probably going to need all the help we can get, and besides, there's lots of ammo and weapons in that cop shop. No, I've got a better idea."
After outlining his plan to "Sari", Smith pulled out a penlight, and began flashing it at the men on the roof of the station. If they didn't get the message, well, too bad. The plan would continue with or without there help, and once inside the station Smith would be able to handle the mob on his own.

"Yep, looks like they're coming in. Bidwell, tell the boys downstairs about those two."
Bidwell nodded and started down the ladder. Louie gave a hand gesture to the building and took over the binoculars, getting a closer look at them. Something started butterflies in his stomach. Human instinct kept telling him something. Those two weren't the regular freakshow of the city, but something didn't sit right about them. He, lowered his binoculars, making up his mind. They would be welcomed with open arms, but cautious arms nonetheless. Louie hated this feeling. The feeling of not being able to trust at such a late junction.
She didn't really like the idea of "joining" people as no one is trustworthy in her head. Her closest persons, her fmily, abandonned her in the crisis and since then, trust was something that did not exist outside of her body.
She wasn't "living", she was more like a ghost lusting for revenge or some sort. That men she met at school, she'll definitely kill him for the humiliation he had done to her. However, finding him alone or getting out of this madness wasn't a job for a teenager girl. She needed help although she hated to admit it.
" Well, if we're going there, how will we get there? "
She looked around. Down the building was a mob of hungry bastards and time was something they needed because the barricaded door for the building was breached not long ago.
" We sure could use those electric wires if we had platic clothing.."

"Good idea. Just wait here..."
Leaving Sari alone for a while, Smith flipped open a skylight and lowered himself into the building. Something was bothering him, but he wouldn't let it show on his face. Finding a small kitchen, he opened the cupboard under the sink and found what he was looking for - two pairs of rubber gloves. Looking around for anything else he could use, he say a large bottle of diet cola and a packet of chewy mints.
"Say, that could make a nice distraction..." he said to himself, taking them as well.
Lifting himself back onto the roof, he began to outline his plan.
"Ok, the idea is, we get down to that first floor balcony. Once there, I'll set of our improvised sound grenade, and throw it down that street. Hopefully some of them will follow it, leaving us to deal with less of them.
Then we take these gloves, and this wire, and we'll use it to get across to the station. I'll also carry my pistol, in case things get too sticky. Ready?"

"I found the scope for the rif-"
"Good, be a pal n' bring me a drink and that lawn chair downstairs." Louie adjusted the scope to the hunting rifle, and looked through it to get a feel.
"What? I get the drink but why a lawn chair?"
"Been watching them. They're gonna high tail it to the station in a bit. I need something comfy to sit on while I make their run easier. Ain't much if we're talking rounds per second, but this baby could drop a man and some more with one shot."
The next few minutes were to be heart pounding. One lazy eye or missed shot, and they could be goners. He wondered if the two had cooked up a plan to even the odds a little. The door was coming apart for the building, they didn't have much time left before the get go.

I realise I'm a bit late joining but hope you don't mind! :D
Here's my character sheet:
Name: Frank Carbin
Ex-FBI agent/Civilian
Appearence: Tall, muscular, wears black (to stay hidden in shadows.)
Starting Weapons: A pair of .357 magnum revolvers and a colt .45 for backup.
Personality: Quiet, no accomplices and hardly noticed.
Extra: Frank was an extremely respected FBI agent, he left the FBI to look after his family. However when he returned home that night he found an empty apartment and an envelope on the table. The letter inside the envelope was a ransom, his family had been kidnapped and he was to meet someone in another city the next week and if he didn't his family would die. However now that there is a quarantine, he cannot escape the city. His mission: to find a way of contacting and saving his family! (and staying alive :p)

Frank had left his apartment about an hour ago. He was heading north through the city, he had heard there was a shortage of military guards at the northern exit of the city, he thought to himself "this could be my chance, if I can just sneak past those few guards, I can escape the city. I should be able to reach the next city by friday, and save-" A loud noise caught Frank's attention, he looked up the street to see a group of people mindlessly staggering around outside of a building. He crouched and hid behind a wall unseen, he looked up at the building and noticed a large man in the window looking down through the scope of a rifle. The moustached man appeared to be talking to someone else in the room, they appeared to be in trouble. After pondering for a few moments... "Nothing a cop can't handle" thought Frank and continued around the back alleys to avoid the mob of mindless "animals" in the street.

Character sheet:
Name: Sgt. Maurice Lavoisier
Military
Appearence: Has most of the same pieces of clothing and body armor as the other soldiers(Black with tactical vests and ect.) but has his face uncovered, where we can see his european traits, blue eyes and a golden Fleur-de-lis
Starting Weapons:HK416 assault rifle with a telescopic sight on the top and a attached flashlight on the side, a standard army-issued combat knife and a Mk23 hangun with a laser aiming module.
Personality: Easy going, Ironic and sometime a little bit French-like arrogant, even tough it's mostly for fun and jokes. But he is also the kind of guy who is gonna try until the end to complete what he's suppose to do.
Extra: Of French Origin, he likes mixing both French and English together, even if it can sometime get complicated for the listeners.
(I might be a tad late, but the more competent roleplayers, the merrier the rp, right?)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sergeant Maurice was coming in in one of those military trucks going for the damned city. The other soldiers and him were being sent to contain the situation and put the zone into lockdown, in other words, quarantine it. Maurice checked his rifle and ammo clips on his tactical vest, making sure they were all secured correctly.
One of the other soldier in his truck, a private who had just been admitted to the squad asked him: ''Sir, you're French, right?
-Moi? Of course not. What made you believe that? The Fleur-de-lis on my shoulder? My accent? The fact that I speak French? He answered in a Sarcastic tone, with his French accent.
-''Uh, well, if you are, why aren't you in France, with the GIGN or something?'' He asked again.
- Well because I do not have my French citizency. You see, I was born here, in the U.S.A. When my mother, a Chanteuse, came for vacation here, she was pregnant. The thing is, she gave birth to me in this very country. So, I can not go back to live in France like a true Frenchman because of that. C'est la vie.Now close your mouth and ready up soldier
-Yes sir!
Then, the Van stopped, The Captain shouted quick orders, the gate opened and all hell broke loose.

Frank was moving closer to the northern gate where there was supposedly a lack in guards, however when he arrived there was just two guards, but plenty of soldiers and plenty of the... well insane people. A truck had just came in through the gates, it appeared that the quarantine had begun. This was Frank's chance to get through the gates, but there were too many soldiers. However the soldiers were pretty preoccupied with the insanitys so maybe he could sneak past...

((Icy, you wanna continue this? It seems we have a couple of people who want to jump in, and I'm fine with bringing it back up again, provided we can actually get a decent story going - if I pretty much have to write everyone else out to keep it alive, it'd probably be better to start afresh.))

(( Ok, since you seem to be taking my post the wrong way, I'll explain:
If you look around the Roleplaying board, you will see a lot of topics closed, because the RP was dead and someone brought it back up.
This RP was pretty dead as well, but out of fairness to you and Koroy I was expressing the fact that I would be willing to keep it going, provided that I didn't have to write pretty much all of the previous players out of the story.
The other point that I made was that, if everyone else had to be pretty much killed off, it would be a better idea to create a new RP and let this one die, instead of just prolonging the inevitable. ))

((Yeah, I hadn't noticed that. I read all of the posts, but only looked at the date the last post was made, not the ones before. But this RP looked quite promising, I find it sad that it seems to have died . I won't be mad or anything, just as long as there is at least one well developped, not based on anime and still open RP starting soon enough.))

"Ok, lets move!" said Smith, slipping quietly off the ledge, Sari coming down behind him. Each wrapping an end of the cable around their hands, they spread out, one on each side of the zombie mob. Popping the mints into the bottle of cola, he rolled it away down the street, before stepping back into the shadows.
The bottle exploded, and the zombies heads whipped around. About half of them began to lumber off down the street, while the other half returned their attention to the station. Smith stepped out of the shadows, giving a thumbs-up to Sari as he did so.
They broke into a run, the wire with its dangling electric charger stretched between them. As it touched the first rank of zombies, the smell of sizzling flesh filled the air as the charger fried them with a thousand volts of energy. They dropped the wire and started to sprint for the cover of the station, ducking beneath flailing fists and dodging spinning axes and bats and the occasional kick. They were about halfway there when Sari tripped, sprawling on the concrete.
Smith leaped into the air, jump-kicking a zombie in the face, and using it as a springboard to change direction towards the fallen girl. He punched, kicked, and elbowed zombies to the ground, fighting his way through the mass.
A zombie grabbed Sari by the hair, dragging her up off the ground. Smith yelled fighting even more furiously. As the zombie raised its hand to rip out her throat, there was a loud crack, and the zombies head exploded.
This was followed by a second shot, and then a third, as the zombies between him and Sari were dropped in a similar manner. Dashing over and picking her up bodily, he began to sprint for the station, drawing his pistol with his free hand and using it to clear out the zombies between him and the station.
The door opened before him, and he ran inside, laying Sari down gently before turning to fire the rest of his clip at the few zombies that had followed them onto the threshold. Small arms fire rang out, as the other defenders mowed down the ones remaining.
Sinking to the floor, Smith passed out as the strain he had put his body through caught up with him.
(( Feel free to carry on - try and get your characters to the station, it tends to make more sense if al participants are in the same location and can interact with each other. ))
