after click run game nothing happens

Set your language pack to japanese, it works. I had the same problem, then did this and it worked.

but where i go to select japanese its not there

It's not Japanese, its East Asia Language pack.

i'll tell u,

1- go to star menu, controll panle, regianal and language settings.

2- go to languages, then click "install files for east asian languages, hit ok, then hit apply. it will ask u to restart your comp, do it.

3- after it's done restarting, go back to were you were at and click details.

4- after the screen pops up, hit add, click Japannese in the scroll box and hit ok.

5- after that hit apply and it should work.

PS- in the rare acasion that this doesn't work, then your comp is screwed, hope it helped:D
