Ramen noodles are thin noodles. o_O It could look like crap for all I care, all I know is by theory noodles + flavoured stock soup + tofu is ownage. :D

Miso ramen is good.... with tofu and mushrooms and green onions and peppers and eggs. K-style or J-style or C-style. Dunno if there are anymore styles.
