Actually, the truth is that many of the sub groups that seem lagit still sub the series, the only thing different they do is release the episodes in the underground.

What this means is you'll need to find torrent sites and do a search for the series. I did that for Tengen Toppa, and to my surprise, Anon was still subbing it, even though they announced on their site they had stoped.

I can't tell you the particular sites to look at, but I gurantee, those sites have a lot of ads on them for pron.

Reborn(anime) has not been licensed. Shinsen Subs still subs it and you can find links on animesuki. SHS just releases slower than what you're expecting. Be patient.

They just released a bunch of Reborn episodes too.
