Battles and Blades is a (very) new turn based game. You start with 60 turns, and you get 5 turns evry hour. The game is in very early stages, and still in beta version. Many features to come soon, events too, clans and other :-)
Here's some basic information of the game, more to come perhaps..
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Races: They all have their own bonuses, it just depends if you are a defensive player, economic player, attack player ect. Choose your race carefully because it's a big key into the game.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Unit Production: First off you need to know this information;
Per every untrained unit you gain 150 gold. So when you start off with 100 you will gain 15000 gold every hour.
If you have say, example, level 10 unit production, you will gain 10 units every 30 minutes.
So basically the higher unit production you have, the more untrained units you gain! Meaning more income and more units to train!
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Attack turns: This is just how many times you attack the player. If you put in 10 turns you would (if it was in real life) siege this player 15 times. But it only shows up as 1 attack regardless how many turns you used.. This means the more turns you use, the higher damage you will deal. Althought there is a downfall, if you loose using, example, 15 turns you will take alot more damage then if you used 1, because it means you lost 15 times.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
TRAINING
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Attack and Defense Specialist: You can train these for 2,500 gold each. However you can only train them if you have enough untrained units.. For instance, if you tried to train 100 attack specialists with only 50 untrained units it won't allow you.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Reassign Attack/Defense Specialist: This untrains the amount of units you typed in back into untrained units. It only costs 500 gold a unit and can prove to be useful.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Mercenaries: These units can be HIRED for slightly more the cost and they don't cost you any untrained units! ALTHOUGH, it's possible that they will run away leaving your castle undefended, so they're not the best solution.
ARMORY
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Defense Armor/Attack Armor: First off, you should only buy as many armors as you have trained units.. Example, if you bought 100 Warhammers and only had 50 trained attack units it'd mean that the other 50 weapons wouldn't do anything and would be wasted.. The same with defense armors. And obviously if you buy attack armor, only attack specialists will use it.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Repairing: When you get attacked your defense armors will be damaged, and sometimes when you attack your attack weapons will be damaged. To fix them you goto the armory and type in the amount that was damaged and press repair. It will cost you money so make sure you have enough or they won't repair!
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Selling: If you sell any armor/weapon you will recieve 75% of the gold you payed for them.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
And if you ever get bored or run out of turns, you can always check out the nice arcade we have on the page ^^
Once again, the game is at it's very early stages, so we don't have many players yet, but we are growing :-)
