I've already tried eden and helbreath, redstone and UO.. i cant stand them.

Just looking for a game that is very similar to this game.

What i'm looking for really is:

Random item drops
Semi-easy leveling
Fast run speed
Possibly room based rpg, doesnt matter tho

Well, I know you asked for top down, and that this game isn't terribly impressive in my opinion, but Dungeon Runners basically feel like "Diablo 3D".

I know some of these might be similar but diablo II was just epic and unique but you can't really get addicted to any other games since none of them have outstanding features that make it different from any other game.
Hellgate London is like the new version of diablo II with really high graphics.
It has the same item system and you can go singleplayer and multiplayer with other people.

Yeh, they had too much trouble competing with Private servers out there so theres been a free public server for over a year now. Tho its restarted a few times because first Hurracain Kartina destroyed the datacenter.
Then a pirate server called NetOverLoard? ddosed them for 2 months straight. Hence the 3 at the end of the name.

There also trying to work out a way for the p2p guys to play there and keep their items they earned over the years.
