IGN editors: Lair is painful, repetitive and not very fun

On the latest IGN Play B3yond podcast, IGN Playstation editors say that Lair is painful, repetitive and not very fun. They also state that they do have the review build of Lair and the review will be out in two weeks to coincide with the game's launch.

This was one of the few games on the PS3 I thought would be awesome, it's a shame also, this game looked amazing.

Two mediocre reviews for two games that aren't in full release is enough for me to raise my brow. Though this does hint that fact that Lair might suck, I'm not about to trust this mag one hundred.

With all these major reviewers giving it such low scores, though, I sure as hell won't be dishing cash out for it on release day.

This game looked boring to me from the very moment it was announced good thing my fears weren't unfounded. O_o

Aww T.T I thought it'd be pretty nice considering there's dragons involved.

i remember seeing gameplay videos for this game and thinking ''this is going to suck'' all they showed was a dragon flying around raming into shit shooting crap, dint look exiting at all.

um Warhawk has been getting 8.5 + the past month. Don't let a Review from a low budget magazine persuade your vote. Its like if Hideo Kojima was a Greedy son of gun that wouldnt make me stop playing Metal Gear. He's one of the Designer/Directors in biz that dont think Money fuels desire to make games. He says its not how well the sales of the game,it's about if its great. I mean thats tough talk coming from someone who had MGS1 do 7 million and MGS2 8 million and MGS3 3 million. XD! I love kojima

I wont be buying a PS3 if FF13 comes to the 360 will prob neva happen but thats only game i want on the PS3 ill get a wii instead

Eh, the game looks too good for this to be true. It seems like half of the people who get their hands on the game say it's amazing, and the other half say it's terrible. I'll wait it out for the official retail review, and if it's still low I'll probably give it a rent on pure hype.

By the way, 6 days until Warhawk. I'm going to piss myself with delight
