Are there any webbrowser mmoprg/orpg with real-time battle and you do not have to wait for days to get a building or get +10 gold per hour or anything like that also it should be sci-fi, strategy or military.

Ummh, Yes. I got a really old laptop....Why? It has nothing to do with the graphic since I would like a game with "no" graphic at all.
