I didn't care much for LOTRO, it actually is pretty cool though.

I think it would be a good introduction to MMO gaming for a new player to the genre. It kind of spoon feeds you everything with great presentation, while at the same requiring you to do some large tasks like travelling.

Still, meh, I'd rather play a hardcore MMO like Vanguard or Everquest.
