Cant have everything man. Max mastery is 300, so you should plan accordingly. Eventually, lvl cap will be raised to 90, if not higher, so you should automatically plan to put fire and heuksal to lvl 90. That leaves you with 120 masteries for lightning, ice or force. Now, you could always raise each of ice, lightning and force to lvl 40, but that would be pointless. Specially in the case of force, which you keep needing to lvl up for it to have any use. If you wanna be a decent healer, you have to keep raising force to max, for you to be useful, because otherwise you'll reach a stage where you cant res ppl your own lvl, ie the ones that are actually grinding around you, and will be asking you for res. You should really choose 2 out of the 3 masteries. I'd personally go 55 lightning and 65 ice to fill up your remaining 120points, but seems you've already spent some mastery points into different forces.

My main point is..before you start thinking about what skills you're gonna get, think about what masteries you really want. Lightning for the movement speed and magic dmg buff, ice for the physical defence, or force for the extra mp and healing skills. Pick which masteries, then i can help you with skills.

Well, for a fire glaiver, you need basically everything from fire except for the Fire Wall series and the Flame Wave series. If you also wanna be a stronger tanker, you're gonna want ice for the physical defence. If you're not too high lvl, you may want to think about restarting your character and not increasing force (as in healing) or maybe use skill reset potions. Up to you, but if you want you're heal and res to be useful, you're gonna have to sacrifice either lightning or ice.

Ok, as for Fire Shield Series, and Fire Protection Series, they are great skills. Fire protection is a definite help as it adds to your magical defence, which you will be weak in as a pure str. It's great to have in all fights, (especially against nukers) since everyone uses imbues. Fire Shield Series is good in both pvp and pve, because it reduces the effect of status effects. It is possible, with the last book of Fire Shield, and some accesories with high freeze/frostbite prevention, to become completely immune to ice. You just have to keep a shield with you. Just equip the shield, cast the buff, then switch back to glaive, the effect will stay. As for your imbue, you should really be using fire imbue, thats the strongest. Ice is the weakest, and lightning is just plain useless (compared to fire and ice). If you look at the last book of the imbues, you'll see the fire imbue is far stronger than either ice or lightning. So you really dont need ice river force or thundertiger force.

Must-Piercing force does help, but not at great lengths to start with. But it does help you later on. The Concetration Series and passive arent a 'great' help..but they're good to have. Grass Walk flow is a must, there'll be many situations when you'll have to chase someone, or maybe run away, grass walk helps a lot.

As for the Heuksal Spear series, i'd leave it alone for now, untill maybe you get to a high lvl and have plenty of sp spare to lvl it up. The only skill that looks useful in that series is the last book, and leveling up the first 2 books at this stage will just slow you down.

By summon the Hawk skill? which HawK is useful? shld a pure str glavie learn this skill? if yes how far shld i invest?

First things first, plan on which masteries you want. Pick 2..so far you've chosen lightning, ice, force, and now pacheon. Choose 2 of them, and ill tell you how to spread your masteries for your skills.

I'd say make Heuksal and Fire your mains. Supplementary points into lightning and cold. In lightning, you want all the buffs, and the passive. In cold, you want the physical defence buff, and passive, and spare points into frost nova.
