INTRODUCTION:
Why did i set up this thread?To help some pple with rs2 money.And in this guide i'll tell how to got from 10k to 1 mill, i know it seem impossible but it is possible without hacking,scamming,autoers or anything like that.
the things required for merchanting is 10k or less cash that wouldnt be hard to get by woodcutting or sumthing.
Merchanting skill...:
The buying low and selling high technique is known as merchanting.
The first time i was in runescape 2 i realised that some people where buying and selling on different prizes.I thought what to do i heard some rare rumours about fast cash...there isnt but there is a way to get 'easy' cash.The other says woodcutting the other prefers fishing or pking and much other ways.
But the skill of merchanting does work great.So when i started woodcutting with willows i thought it was the best with yews...Well when i was in world 1 when i wanted to sell some willows i saw sumone buyin willows 40 ea and sumone else selling willows 25 ea so i immediantly sold my 200 willows for 8k...
And bought from the other one 300 willows for 7,5k and i immediantly was going to the other and sold it for 12k...What a profit.Thats how i got into the skill of merchanting.
MERCHANTING:
Getting started:
Ok these things are basic to the art of merchanting be sure these things are really BASIC:
*buy low sell high
*know the prices
*go to world 1 after the west varrock bank
*go watch the first 10 minutes then buy and then sell
So?Got this in your mind?Ofcourse you do...:D .
Type of sellers:
Ofcourse u cant make profits without sellers and there are 3 types of them:
1.The ones who dont know the prize of a item.These are pretty good for some deals.Cause they think they have cash now so both happy.
2.Repeaters.These ones will buy in bulk again and again.These one are so handy.They can make u rich in no time.Cause if u have a seller wich sells like example 1K big bones each 3 days selling 300 each u can sell em to sum other buyer who will buy for 400 each u can also do this with other items if u have a good network of sellers and buyers ;).And if u are smart u do like this:
monday:fish tuesday:big bones wednesday:logs etc etc.
3.Desperate ones.These ones a good to merchant with cause they need to have cash right !now! for something.Because they are in a hurry to sell some items and want to negotiate prize for the other thing but ofcourse theres a limit or else they cant pay the item they want XD.
With all sellers there are ways to get the price you are looking to pay most of the time. Sometimes there are a few stubborn sellers who know what the market value is and will not sell for less. But most of the time they aren’t. If you can avoid it don’t offer. If the seller insist that you offer, then take what you know you can sell it for and subtract at least 40%. The seller might take the deal or might counter offer you, Try if possible to make at least a 25% profit on all trades. A lot of times you will make over 100% or even 250% the price you paid for the item. And sometimes you will only make 5%. If it is an item you know moves quickly then go ahead and buy it for a smaller profit. It might be only 50K profit but still that’s a quick 50K.
Try to negotiate the price as much as possible for a nice profit.

Things to merchant:
*Big bones:Aaa, one of my favourites go to world1 go inside westbank and search for some one selling about 500-1000 big bones for 300 each sell them to another person for 400-450 each nice profit right:cool: .
*(Pure) Essence:This is for beginners with low cash also a beginner-merchant-item.Buy in bulk sell in bulk with this u cant make huge profits but it is an profit anyway.
*Runes:Look this gives nice profit also like this people are so dumb in world 1 specialy with deaths they buy for 300 each while in shops are 200-230 each nice profit am i right or am i right???Also try any type of basic runes as long they are the price 12gp or less and sell for 20 each in world1.
*Cow hides:This is like fun to do go to a cow ranch in Fally with cows, and bring some money and buy hides 50 each.Go to the bank in Fally and bank.Repeat till u have about 500-1000 and sell in Alh-Kharid in world 1 for 100 each thats twice the price u bought for it pfff what a profit.
*Armour:Hehe this was the FIRST thing i was merchanting when i had 70k.What kinda armour i merchanted?Simple rune platebodys buy in for 65k-70k each and sell for 80k-100k sounds impossible but you have to search a bit though to sell like a minimum of 95k.Second thing i realised the rune scimmy prizes where going up!!! since i always had like 5 rune scimmys wich i always bought for 25k each i sold for 35k each and some 40k each since there arent much rune scimmys anymore.So try buying for 25k each(what almost impossible is) or buy for 30k and sell for 35k , it is and begginer merchanting item but makes profit anyway.
*Ores/Bars:This is a very beginners item to merchant but its as easy u can do it by yourself its only a difference between time.The best thing how to do is buy iron for 75-100 each (dont do 150 each else merchant something else) and buy coal for 150 each thats max 350gp away for 1 steel that you can sell for 500-600 each.Profits yay (Merchanting rulesss).
Things to do if ur merchanting:
~Be patient else ur never gonna sell ur item.First time when merchanting it seems to go slow but over a week or 2 its going fast.It will gonna make profits else not.
~Try to have cash all the times most time they wont accept items.Why?Dont ask me...But if possible do so!!!
~Dont put all cash in 1 type of item do more thing like coal, iron and rune scimmys at the same time it works faster when merchanting.
~If u are going on vacation for at least a week buy a rare thing something expensive(if u can purchase it).Let in your bank for long times(do it u might get hacked and thats pretty ****** up) and the price is going up since they 'think' the mask 'disappeard' so they offer more cash then ur happy with the extra millions :D .
~Be very carefull with scams u get scammed in no time when you think your going to have a good day since u made some nice trades everyone ever got scammed even me :( .Always check both screens.
~So like i said always check the second trade screen so u have what u got and not 1000 chaosses and u accidently clicked to fast and u suddenly got 100 so be aware.
~Do not go to other sites with :FREE 1 MILLION FREE LEVELING or something like that, they steal your account for 100%.I ever did it with a dummy account they said 'Dont log in for 3 days and u have ur 1 million!' well after 3 days my dummy account got hacked.So be aware of those sites either.
Cant merchant??Go try 1 of these if u dont have cash:
Mining essence: Doesnt only looks stupid but it is 100 ess is only 2k hell slow.Pure ess is at least something when on lv30 or something.
Woodcutting:Look this is with what i first started yews can make a bit nice cash.100=30k nice thing but merchanting is still best!!!
Combat:High levels:Go if u dare deep in wildy to Greater demons (be aware for pkers ,but own risk) they drop some times rune full helmets wich u can sell for 25k-30k each.Try hill giants ,these defintly will be more fun then woodcutting and make not like yews 300 each but 400-450 each and u can start with low combat in stead of high woodcutting(lv60) for yews.
These are only good if u need a little bit of cash:Lesser demons they drop rune medium helmets u can sell for only 10k each.
Low levels:Kill cows not dumb chickens those are lame and make up very less cash.Cowhides can make up 1 for 100 each while 1 feather=5gp each go get the cows i suggest.
