well anyway, I need help remembering a browser game I saw a few days ago

it had a main map with lots of different little circles that each one was your base on it on the front page, and it's sci-fi ish and I think those circles were colonies

were graphics based I think and it said it had lots of different things you could do (spying pops out of the mind but it's not the main thing), anyway if anybody could remember this game and give me the link that would be great
