Well if you reborn the first time and you a water tao, shouldnt you level a bit faster? but still i think water tao's 2nd rebirth should be 110, cause the quest is gonna be hard enough.

In order to be eligible for second rebirth you must be at least 120 during first rebirth.

but it doesnt realy matter for n e 1 that didnt play on dragon and besides second rebirth quest is ove now n e ways and there was only 3 ppl that managed to do it: KevinT, Dark, and Water_Tao.

so dont even worry about it untill it comes back and to your server

also about the luck time thing that 2nd rb's get, i heard that if you hang around one of them during this time some of their luck rubs off on you. so like you have a higher chance of getting decent items. is this true or another one of those hopeful myths.

No it's true...read up on 2nd rebirth on the the site and it says you can share your lucky time with someone who stands near you well gaining Lucky Time. Pretty sweet if you ask me.

hehe yes its true u nubeh jk, i got some lucky time and i went to hunt for like 10 mins and found like 5 mets and a +1 np so yes it really does work and is true ^^
