Looking for something rather different.

I am a long time neverwinter nights fan and would like to play something similar. Therefore, can you guys think of something that meets these criteria:

1. A variety of classes
2. A large variety of skills (more than one skill choice per level).
----Even at lower levels character creation should take skill and thought.

An example of what I am not looking for:
Level 2: Fire shot
Level 8: Ice Storm
Level 15: Blizzard
etc.

I hope to find a game with something like:
Level 2: Ice Bolt, Fire Bolt, Lighting Bolt, Acid Sphere
Level 5: Ice Bolt, Fire Bolt, Lighting Bolt, Acid Sphere, Fireball, Invulnerability, etc etc.

3. 3D and Online
4. Good PvP choices

Any help would be appreciated.

Neverwinter Nights
Guild Wars
Ragnarok Online
