first of, i wanna say hello to everybody on the forum, and say sorry for my bad english (i hope you understand me)

after that i hope you can help me with something:

i am looking for a medieval game, thats like Counter-Strike or something just
with swords and bows, where to teams fight on a great battlefield like in all the midieval movies.
not to much of the "magic stuff" like in all the RPG's, but more concentraded on the fighting.

maybe something like this.

hmm i like that, total war isnt it? Ha. The closest thing you can get to these sorta fights is Shadowbane, though i hope you dont mind playing with fantasy creatures too. But these days i have no clue what the state of shadowbane's like. I haven't been on in awhile, and in those days there was really cool PvP with lotsa guilds teaming up together under one nation. Lotsa fun. And no you can't get an FPS game like that. You're better off just dressing up and getting a few friends and hack each other up

Savage : Battle for newerth and Savage 2 both are sorta like that. They are a medieval based FPS with swords bows guns etc... there is also a commander who builds the buildings that you can get your weapons and armors from, its really a great game. Savage 2 is in beta right now, really wish I had gotten accepted :(

savage was okay, i spent quite a number of hours on it before i just stopped playing it. Dunno why but it seems only counter strike hasnt left me hanging dry when i need to play an FPS
