What do you guys recommend? I want to play a realistic fps game. I'm open to any suggestions guys, really, I'm so bored, waiting for Darkfall and other games, that most likely won't pique my interest :(

americas army
insurgency mod for hl2
and true combat elite. a wolfenstein mod.

TCE doesn't look too ... realistic at all...

Well, if your looking for a free realistic shooter, dont like TCE, and Insurgency I think requires HL2 (because it probably isn't a stand-alone)..

Try Americas army, like Shevrock said. It's free, and it's probably the most realistic you can get (army-wise).

ArmA is the most realistic game out there, but it's b2p...it's like battlefield 2, but "super real version" kinda. download the demo anyways.


and if any COMPLETLY free i would say america's army.

Iunno... I think I'll just get ArmA.

I've seen all these games and know much about them, I guess I was kind of hoping for something new to be posted. Oh well...

you wouldn't believe how realistic tce is. you run anywhere besides to cover your gonna get shot to shit. if you don't look around a corner before running your gonna get shot to shit. you don't nade a possibly heavily occupied room your gonna get shot to shit. you do anything wrong........ you get the rest.

for realness... AA and insurgency takes the cake

fun wise TC:E is where it's at and it's still somewhat realistic and still being worked on

might as well post my clan up to eh =) we are 8-1-0....ownage

soldier front is only realistic in weapons. everything else is bullshit. the most realistic free one is tce and aa.

Well, it's not a MMO, but I think it's pretty realistic.

They have the F.E.A.R. Multiplayer out for free now, so you might wanna check that out.
