Not to offend anyone.. but, AoA just didn't seem to appeal to me. The only thing that caught my attention was the "Transformers" part. Now I'd like to play that, but unfortunantly.. I don't want to. Lol. The graphics are pretty nice & the gameplay is semi okay, to me anyway. Hope whoever participates in OB has fun!

For those who are interested in AoA, I am going to restart my corps. Its called Children of The Spark. Come and join the game and my Corps.

used to play it when the open beta first came out. Lag was really bad back then...could barely play. Meh...got to around lvl 20ish then...i dont know...it just lost any appeal for me. I guess i like more realistic mmorpgs, like characters-as-people-based games.

OK, DinosaurGirl just sent me a response on the time OB will begin.

7:00 PM GMT-5 this Saturday. Be warned, sometimes the devs for this game gets the GMT times confused. But they are not off by much.

I take it your still a mod over there? Yes I am. Its funny though, there are a few AoA community members who assume that I am abusing my mod position. I just like to know what I am doing different than any other poster.

It seems that some people dont think mods should be a leader of a corps.

Ok I will come back and give it another try if someone please tells me how the controls work, because i did point and click and yea it attacked but in the most retarted way, shooting gay little laser beams and reattack time or w/e its called in AoA is like 10 sec its so annoying you really feel like its a slow, broke ass wal*mart robot fighting. Btw sry im sort of yelling cause im pissed off atm for various othe reasons, I do not mean to offend any of the players or posters in this thread.

you can just update the game through the patch download if you still have the CB client installed

To be honest, there has been no real word on what the profit build will be. Originally AoA is a F2P with item mall, but the CEO thinks it can be a "cash cow" in the US.

When CB2 first began, some of the direct staff told me the CEo wants this to be P2P. Hopefully with the polls I have posted and the communities posts have made the CEO change his mind about it. I do wish it will be a F2P MMORPG. So far its very origianl in character development and game play. The leveling is just like a MMORPG, but eh.... you really cant change that portion of MMORPG..... much.

Yeah i've been waiting till open beta to try this game out. All the features seem very unique. I just don't want to play it, then having my character scrapped because it goes P2P. I'm a sucker for sci-fi games/bots/futuristic games, but I'm sure i'll enjoy this one.

And its not based on many facts? No
Am I inactive? No, they only think I am.
Do I not contribute? Yes. If you looked at my earlier posts within the AoA forums, you would know I am a large contributor.

I even know the info before you guys do cause DG lets me know whats up before its posts. In fact, the recent PM I got stated that my presuasive post about P2P and F2P expectations and the F2P poll made the choice final. It will be F2P.

There is much much more I have contributed to the forums.

Before the official release, whos contributions were put into effect? With AoA, there are more conversasions between me, the admins, the GMs, and the Devs on MSN and in private messages. So, all the influential conversasion (sp?) are done behind the scenes.
