Title says all. Also, what type of PvP is it? Arena, BG, World? I'm looking for a very PvP game. I have a Silkroad account, but the servers are so damn cluttered its impossible to get on.

u can still pk people by force , why a set of penalty exist
in the skills there is this thing called Duel <---u can challenge anyone anywhere anyhow you want (need lv 30+ to learn)

dont talk to me about RF Online! :P I was so dissapointed with it. I couldn't see why anyone would've wanted to pay for it! It has a great concept, but the executing of it didn't go so well.

I think Seal Online is both in my opinion, like if you want to pvp go and pvp, but yeh it's kinda both unless your talking about benifits or i mean level up and skills and blah, then it's pve
