Fact is I havnt played DAOC in a while. Yet I compare every MMORPG experience I have to what I experienced in DAOC. There is something about DAOC....the Esprit des corpes that just has NOT been matched by any other game Ive come across.

I'm MIdgard to the end! I cannot think of myself in any other way.

Am I alone. All who have played DAOC, do you feel the same way?
Is there any other game that has this kind of dedication to a faction?

Hmm, well I played DAOC once and it's not my type of game but I do know what you mean.
I had this with a very shitty 2D game called: 'Endless Online'.
You know why I couldn't find a MMORPG to stay in? Cause I loved the community and mostly when you play a 'OMYGAWD HAX0RZ GREFIX 4 LYV' you see noone's talking to eachother cause they just want to: level, level and level!
