it doesn't really matter -_-" if he keeps is AoE on lvl1 and the impact skill on lvl3 (well you shouldn't max it....) then you can still max the lvl27 skill on lvl36 or else it was on lvl34 -_-" only 2lvl diffrence...

The first skill you learn, Martial Combo is only for fists. Later on when you get your job, you need to max out Martial Combo to learn your job skills. BTW it needs no SP to master.

Yeah its one of the random quest you can get from the quest centers in Elim...

Actually there in every town, just look for the Quest manager. Even if you have a quest from another town, you can turn it in at a different town.
