Bought it about 2 weeks ago for 9 mill. (I realize it's a waste, but I don't play much anymore and I've always been a fan of the Old Wisconsin.)

At the time I bought it, I was told it was one of three in Bellocan.
Anyone know if this could be true, or how rare it really is?

Your best bet would be to ask around Sleepywood or HiddenStreet.

Sadly...not very in Scania. I've seen them going for around 2m...but, check Basilmarket to be on the safe side for your server. Sell it quick...its a new gacha item...those usually are like "OMFG I NEED THAT" for about a month...then the price is done.
