I'm using ATI RADEION X700 which I heard was good from my dad, but it sucks! It really does, samples from when I play DOMO and most options are at the worse:

And it looks like that in most 3D games :( A friend said that those blude stripes in the first picture may be that my computer screen is broken, so I would like to ask is the screen broken or do I just got a sucky graphic card? >.<

that might be the screen broken, I could play DOMO with an integrated Geforce 6150 just fine
but anyway yeah, your graphics card is a piece of shit, you should smack your dad in the face for telling you it was good

Has to be better than the integrated Intel card I'm using. It doesn't even have the features to run most games that came out after 2004 or so.

Ok, thanks. The screen is probably broken (some things that've been falling off from the thing that you connect with to the computer.) I will see if I can get a hand on another screen to really check if it is the screen or not.

that is a screen shot, right? If the problem is present in a screen shot, it's the graphics card. If it's not present in a screen shot, then it's the monitor that has a problem, because the screen shot is taken at the system level, not at the monitor level.
So your graphics card is broken.

You need to thankful that you are playing video games at all kid! We didn't have them when I was your age, and you are complaing about graphics. Seriously, that is the problem with kids in America today! They are never thankful.
In fact, when I was your age we couldn't even afford a kitten! We were poor as heck!!

Did you even check the screenshots?
I think they're called artifacts and it happens if your card is damaged (could be damaged because you tried to overclock too high)

Try unistalling your driver with ati-uninstall tool and reinstall it.
Download Ati- tray tools and scan for artifacts with its OC-toolplanel.
Use another gfx-card or a laptop to test you screen.

Thanks for your "help" everyone :P
@Ronin; Ok, I will do everything you said!
Download Ati- tray tools and scan for artifacts with its OC-toolplanel.
Now what? It found like 34000 artifacts or something, what am I supposed to do knowing that?
