The concept is decent. There is also Diftcity (which is pretty rofl).

But if we could grab the graphics and gameplay from Project Torque and make an open world with *sensicle* quests/mission (not "go dilever this Torn Cloth to Johnny Faggettiface 600km away within 1 hour for a reward in 3% experience") then...

It could be decent. I wonder what that Raycity game is like.
